Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 can creamed corn
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, diced
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes to taste or 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers to taste (take out seeds and chop fine)
    1/2 to 1 lb. grated mild or sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, eggs, milk, baking soda, salt, cooking oil and creamed corn together; set aside.
    Brown the following: hamburger, onion and dried red pepper flakes or jalapeno peppers. Take off heat and add Cheddar cheese.
