Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into cubes
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. green and red pepper strips
1 c. carrot strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. lite soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice
3 Tbsp. each: vinegar and brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 c. instant brown rice
onions (optional)
Preparation

Cook chicken in hot oil.
Add peppers, carrots and garlic; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with soy sauce; add to pan with pineapple and juice, vinegar, sugar and ginger.
Bring to a full boil.
Serve over brown rice.
