Southern Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn, cut off cob
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk

Preparation

Combine corn, sugar, salt, pepper and eggs and mix well.
Add butter and heat until butter is melted, then put in a pan and bake 1 hour in oven at 350\u00b0 or until done.
