Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. baking chocolate
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt together chocolate and butter.
Slowly add sugar (1/2 cup at a time) and milk.
Stir until smooth.
Bring to a rapid boil until glossy.
Cool 2 minutes.
Add salt and vanilla.
