Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium-size Irish potatoes (or 1 large pkg. hash browns)
1/2 c. onions
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. melted oleo
salt and pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Cook potatoes until tender (cut them up like making potato salad).
Drain well.
Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
Add to potatoes.
Mix thoroughly.
Turn into baking dish.
Combine butter and cereal crumbs.
Mix until evenly coated.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake 50 minutes or until brown.
