Ingredients

1 (2 layer size) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Mix cake according to package directions; set aside.
Mix in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan the sugar, cocoa, water and marshmallows.
Now spoon mixed batter over the mixture in pan. Top with nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Excellent served warm topped with vanilla ice cream.
