Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine baking mix, sugar, nutmeg and salt.
    Stir in pie filling, milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Fold in pecans.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan.
