Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (any flavor)
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and cook; drain well.
    Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in pie shell.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over sausage mixture in pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
