Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
1 qt. tomatoes
1 can green chilies
1 medium onion
Frito corn chips
grated Cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce (in small pieces)
hot or mild taco sauce
salt (according to taste)
Preparation

Brown hamburger in pan and drain grease off.
Add tomatoes, onions and chilies and simmer 20 minutes.
Layer in individual bowls, lettuce, Fritos and cheese, then top with hamburger sauce. This can be topped with tomato cubes, fresh onions and mild or hot taco sauce.
