Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, separated (save egg whites for meringue)
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. milk, scalded
4 tsp. butter
coconut (as much or as little as you wish)
Preparation
-
Bake 2 regular 9-inch pie crusts and cool.
Cook other ingredients on top of stove until thick and pour into already baked pie shells.
