Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped pickles
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    green peppers
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    ripe olives
    French dressing
Preparation
    Mix cheese, eggs, pickles and mayonnaise.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pack into green peppers from which seeds have been removed.
    Chill, then cut in thick slices and serve on lettuce with segments of tomatoes, dipped in French dressing and whole ripe olives.
