King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked and deboned
1 pkg. tortillas (flour)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chiles
1 small chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 or 3 ribs celery
1 c. grated cheese
garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Soak tortillas in chicken broth until soft.
Line 12 x 9-inch baking dish with tortillas.
Spoon small amount of broth over them.
Cover with pieces of chicken.
Mix soups together and pour over chicken.
Add onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic salt and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Cover with grated cheese and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
