Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichokes
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain artichokes and chop.
    Combine with cheese, mayonnaise and garlic.
    Place in 1/2-quart ovenproof baking dish and bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
    Mixture may be prepared the night before and refrigerated until ready for baking.
    Serve hot with crackers.
