Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 red pepper
1 head broccoli
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. cashews
Preparation

Cut chicken into cubes.
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sherry and cornstarch.
Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces.
Heat wok or large frying pan to 400\u00b0.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry vegetables for 3 minutes, then remove from wok.
Add 3 tablespoons of oil; add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is white.
Immediately add hoisin sauce; mix thoroughly.
Re-add vegetables to heat.
Add cashews.
Serve over rice.
