Rich Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. unsalted butter, softened
    8 sq. (8 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
    1 egg yolk
    unsweetened cocoa
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In heavy 2-quart saucepan combine whipping cream and chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate melts (8 to 10 minutes).
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and stir until melted and creamy.
