Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. white sugar
2 1/3 c. mashed bananas
4 eggs, beaten
1 large can Pet milk
1 box Junket ice cream mix
pinch of salt
3 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar and Junket together.
Beat eggs to a fluff consistency.
Add milk and eggs; beat.
Add all other ingredients; beat again.
Add vanilla and enough milk to bring freezer to fill line.
Freeze in freezer.
