Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. broken up pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Add salt to eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Using the same beater, cream butter, then add sugar and syrup, creaming constantly.
Put eggs in while still mixing.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
