Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced
    1 large can peas, drained
    3 medium onions
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 (10 oz.) can water
Preparation
    Layer vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
    Put hamburger on top.
    Mix soup and water together.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours or high heat 2 to 4 hours.
