Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 green onions
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. plain non-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. dry mustard powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery and onions.
    In a separate bowl mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard powder, sugar, pepper and celery seed.
    Add vinegar and milk; stir until mixed.
    Chill before serving.
