Apple-Sausage Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bulk sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or herbed stuffing
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. finely chopped apples
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press lightly into a greased 6-cup ring mold. Turn out onto a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Drain.
