Honey-Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    4 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. honey
    12 (1-inch thick) diagonally cut slices French bread
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat milk, eggs, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons honey.
    Dip bread into egg mixture, allowing both sides to absorb egg mixture.
    Arrange bread, overlapping slices, in greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Pour any remaining egg mixture over bread.
    (May be covered and refrigerated overnight at this point.) Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Drizzle with melted butter and 2 tablespoons honey.
