Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. mashed figs, drained
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and buttermilk and beat well.
Add remaining dry ingredients and stir carefully until all in.
Add figs, stirring well.
Bake almost 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
