Dianne'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
    1/2 to 3/4 c. lemon juice (to taste)
    2 graham cracker pie crusts
    1 can cherry pie filling or blueberry pie filling for topping
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Stir in condensed milk until smooth.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Mix well, then add lemon juice to taste (more will make it taste tarter).
    Divide into two 8-inch graham cracker pie crusts.
    Top with fruit pie filling of choice.
    May make own crust if desired.
    Place in refrigerator until chilled throughout before serving.
