Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and pepper together and work grated cheese and margarine into dry mix. Add chopped nuts. Make into rolls and chill overnight or freeze. Slice thin and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly colored.
