Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. rice
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Put rice in bottom of dish. Mix the last five ingredients and pour 1/2 of the mixture over the rice.
    Place chicken on top of the rice and pour the remaining mixture over the chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Remove the foil and top with shredded cheese.
    Put back in oven, uncovered, for approximately 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
