Easy Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    6 slices cooked ham
    6 eggs, poached
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine the soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice.
    Heat, stirring now and then.
    Place a slice of ham on each muffin half, then top with poached egg.
    Pour sauce over eggs and serve.
