Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 sticks oleo or butter
    pinch of cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring brown sugar, syrup, oleo, cream of tartar and salt to a boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from stove and add baking soda. Pour over the popped corn, mixing thoroughly.
    Put in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Put on waxed paper and separate the corn into small clumps.
    Store in an airtight container.
