Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 bay leaf
    3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    4 carrots, scraped and cut into chunks
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place beef in a small baking pot with a tight lid.
    Add tomato juice, bay leaf, all vegetables and salt.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, adding additional tomato juice if needed. Bake longer if needed, until meat is very tender.
