Pineapple Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soften
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with fork until smooth.
    Gradually stir in pineapple.
    Add 1 cup of chopped pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
    Shape into 2 balls.
    Roll in remaining nuts.
    Serve with Leibniz crackers or your favorite cracker.
