Carrot Cake * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs (not necessary to beat)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped black walnuts
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat the sugar, Wesson oil, eggs and hot water about 210 strokes.
    Fold in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Then add black walnuts and carrots.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 55 minutes in a tube pan.
