Katrina'S Guilt-Free Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. no-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. no-fat shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. cooked (crisp) crumbled turkey bacon
    1 c. shredded low-fat turkey ham
    5 eggs or use egg substitute
    1 c. milk
    1 deep dish pie shell
    1/4 c. minced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Bake pie shell in a 400\u00b0 oven until pale golden in color.
    Do not brown. Remove from oven and cool.
    Place layers of Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, bacon, ham and Parmesan cheese in pie shell.
    Beat eggs until frothy and add milk.
    Pour custard mixture evenly over pie filling.
    Place quiche on baking sheet and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until set.
    Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting.
