Quick Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. pickling spices
    1 can corned beef (12 oz.), crumbled
    1/2 head cabbage, cut in 4 wedges
    1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onions in greased 3-quart casserole.
    Add water, salt, pepper and pickling spices.
    Cover and cook on High for 8 to 9 minutes.
    Add corned beef and cabbage.
    Pour butter over cabbage.
    Cover and cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
    Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4 people.
