Turkey Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 c. cooked diced turkey
2 potatoes, quartered and sliced
1 c. sliced carrot
1 c. frozen green peas
1 1/2 c. cut up drained canned tomatoes
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oil in large soup kettle.
Add zucchini, mushrooms and garlic.
Cook 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add turkey, potatoes, carrots, peas, tomatoes, broth, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
