Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
3 c. apples
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together oil, sugar and vanilla, and then add eggs, nuts and apples.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix all together. Bake in a bundt pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done by testing.
Cool before removing from pan.
