Gomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    3 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    approximately 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, in 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Place milk and buttermilk in a kettle.
    Beat eggs; add sugar and salt.
    Add to milk and cook over low heat for two hours. Thicken with cornstarch.
