Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1/4 c. oleo
4 c. peeled and sliced peaches or use canned peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. plus 2/3 c. variety baking mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

In a 1-quart shallow casserole dish, combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon.
In medium bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cups baking mix with brown sugar.
Cut in oleo until mixture is the size of small peas.
Stir in milk until moistened.
Drop by spoonfuls into peaches.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve plain, with ice cream or Cool Whip.
