Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box Stove Top stuffing
    1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 or 2 grated carrots (for color, optional)
    5 c. (about 3 to 4 small to medium) yellow summer squash
Preparation
    Toss dry stuffing and seasonings with melted butter.
    Spread about 2/3 of the mix in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Save 1/3 for the topping.
