Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix flour, sugar and Crisco. Add yeast, then buttermilk.
    Work well.
    Put in bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.
    Shape in rolls and let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
