Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 sticks butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    3 qt. milk or more
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes into 1/8-inch slices.
    Layer about 1/3 of potatoes in a large roasting pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of flour; dot with 1 stick of butter or margarine that has been cut into 1/4-inch slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Layer potatoes, flour, butter, salt and pepper in two more layers. Cover with milk and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
