Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 qt. vanilla or chocolate ice cream, softened
    1 prepared graham cracker or cookie crumb crust
    melted chocolate or favorite ice cream topping
    chopped peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar.
    By hand, beat in softened ice cream until smooth, but not melted.
    Spoon in crust.
    Freeze two hours or until firm.
    Before serving, drizzle with melted chocolate.
    Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
    Makes 8 servings.
