Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. Calumet baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Baker's chocolate chips
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar.
    Blend in eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture gradually, mixing well.
    Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan and cut.
