Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. quick-cooking grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine grits and salt in saucepan with 2 cups water.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Add butter and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Serve hot.
    Yield: 4 servings.
