Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large marshmallows
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    6 to 8 qt. popcorn
Preparation
    In microwavable bowl (Saran Wrap top), cook at Full power for 3 minutes.
    Stir vigorously.
    Cook additional 30 seconds or until marshmallows melt.
    Stir again quickly and pour immediately over popcorn (about 3 to 4 batches from hot air popper).
    Stir quickly to coat evenly.
    Pour coated corn on wax paper and cool.
    Caramel corn will be like taffy corn, not crunchy.
