Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. butter
    4 c. flour
    salt
    red pepper or Tabasco sauce (2 drops)
Preparation
    Chill dough, then roll into small balls, which will flatten when baked.
    (May be frozen uncooked).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Do not brown.
