Frozen Peanut Butter Mousse Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1/2 c. milk
    9 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
    whipped topping
    fudge sauce
Preparation
    In a bowl mix
    crumbs,\tsugar
    and butter.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumbs\tfor the top.
    Press remaining crumbs firmly and evenly into a nine-inch
    square pan.
    In a bowl mix peanut butter and apricot
    preserves\tuntil
    well blended.
    Gradually stir in milk. Fold in whipped topping.
    Spread mixture evenly into crumb lined pan.
    Sprinkle top with crumbs.
    Freeze until hard.
    Keep covered if\tstored\tfor
    any
    length of time.
    Cut into squares to\tserve. Serve
    topped with additional whipped topping
    and
    a
    drizzle of fudge sauce.
    Makes one nine-inch pan.
