Meringue Mint Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
green food coloring
Preparation

Combine egg whites, salt and cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
Stir in sugar, chips and coloring.
Drop by teaspoons on foil covered cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn off oven and put cookies in immediately.
Leave in oven overnight.
(Do not open door to look).
