Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef top round, bottom round, tip or rump roast (about 4 lb.)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. water
    4 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 tsp. leaf oregano
    1 tsp. leaf thyme
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced or equal amount of powder
    1/2 to 1 jar (10 1/2 oz.) mild pepperoncini
    buns or pita bread
Preparation
    This recipe is perfect for sandwiches for a party.
    It can be kept warm in crock-pot.
    Also, good for serving at meal time.
