Peanut Butter And Jelly Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. fruit preserves (any kind of jelly you enjoy!)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in peanut butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add milk and eggs all at once, stirring just until flour is moistened. Place 1 or 2 tablespoons of batter in muffin cups; add 1 teaspoon preserves and top with 1 or 2 more tablespoons batter.
    Bake 15 to 17 minutes; makes 15 to 18 muffins for extra good eating!
