Lo-Cal Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 apple, chopped
    1/2 c. pineapple or banana, sliced
    2 tsp. dry peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Good source of protein and fruit.
    Yields 4 servings.
