Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked summer squash
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash. (Drain squash well after cooking until tender.)
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
